NOVA-T means “new land”.

Since onset, NOVA-T chose to have a precise task: recount and record the realities of far away lands, the story of millions of women and men for ever fighting to survive in Africa, Asia and Latin America; in Italy as well, in all cases where poverty doesn’t just exist in appearances.

NOVA-T has chosen to “do television” to try and enter the homes of everyone, alternating news and commentaries with the emotions evoked by fiction.

New technologies have led NOVA-T to adopt new languages to communicate and broadcast: web, telephones, satellite.
